BUDGET 2023 UPDATES

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present her last full-fledged Budget of Modi government's second term on February 1, 2023. The multiple headwinds of slowdown, inflation, liquidity tightening, geopolitical tensions and re-emergence of COVID-19 will be on top of her mind when she details India's most-awaited financial event. With Budget 2023, India will not only look to fire up its manufacturing to narrow the gap with a slowing China, it will also build a moat against global uncertainties. India's middle-class, shortchanged so far, can also ect some tax relief coming their way this time.
